Stitches From Heaven will gladly accept returns on any non-clearance and non-personalized items within 21 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in new/unused condition. To process your return, please email us at info@stitchesfromheaven.com. Please include your name, order number, contact number, and the reason for the return. We will contact you with further information and instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns/exchanges unless the item is defective or other issues occur for which Stitches From Heaven is at fault. We do not take responsibility or accept returns for personalized orders that have spelling mistakes or wrong dates input by the customer. Please be sure to review personalized information before submitting your order as we do not process cancelations. All clearance/sale items are final.

Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it leaves our shipping department) takes 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on order volume. Each item is handmade to order and large/intricate orders may take longer. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 days and are fulfilled by USPS and FedEx.

During our busy holiday season, we try our best to process and ship your items in a timely manner; however, due to high volume and demand, there may be a delay in this process.
